Open 7 Days a Week, 24 hours a day (Keypad Entry)

1. Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. However, you have until the 10th of each month to have your payment to us.
Highlands Stor-All does NOT send bills to customers, but we have services available for automatic payment. Statements of
accounts are available on special request.
2. Late Fees of $10.00 are incurred on the eleventh day of the month for non-payment of rent. You will be locked out after 10
days.
3. Customers are required to update any change in address or telephone numbers in writing. This policy is for your protection.
4. Moving Out: Contact our staff early so we may assist you with any special needs. Move-outs before the 5th of the month may
pay prorated rent. Move-outs after the 5th of the month will be required to pay full month’s rent. Move-out payments must be
made by credit card, money orders or cash - no checks will be accepted. Written notice is required for security deposit refund.
5. Insurance: Highlands Stor-All is not responsible for any loss or damage to your property while stored at our facility. Please
ensure that your property is insured to cover any loss you are not prepared to personally cover. Our staff has information
available about insurance companies specializing in storage insurance. Please inquire if you are interested. We required proof
of ownership and a copy of your insurance on titled vehicles.
6. Children: Please help our staff provide a safe facility for everyone. Do NOT allow children to run or play on the storage property.
7. Absolutely NO alcohol is to be consumed on the premises. Controlled Substances, drugs, and/or narcotics are not
to be used or stored on the premises at any time.
8. If you happen to leave the lights on in your unit after you leave, we will contact you to return and turn them off. If you do not
return by the next business day, we will cut your lock and turn them off ourselves. If this happens twice, we will charge a $25
administrative fee and an automatic timer will be installed in your unit.
9. Tires, batteries and/or any item that requires a disposal fee to be paid to the State of Texas will not be allowed unless it is
physically connected to the item being stored.
10. Any and all maintenance of stored vehicles must be done off-site. No facilities are provided. Several commercial facilities are
available within a short distance to aid you in most maintenance needs of motor homes, campers, and boats. Our staff will be
able to assist you in locating these areas.
11. Generators for use in stored vehicles are not to be run in consideration of our neighbors and the safety of our facility.
12. NO FLAMMABLE, HAZARDOUS WASTE OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ARE TO BE STORED WITHIN THIS FACILITY. Please
contact our staff if you have any questions or concerns.

Motor homes or vehicles must be in running condition
Current registration information
Proof of ownership or lien holder information
Protect our water resources: All vehicles with motors or other sources of petroleum products are required to have oil drip pans properly positioned under the vehicle to catch any spillage.
Highlands Stor-All Personnel are here to assist you with your needs in storing your property with us. Please assist us in keeping our facility a safe and clean environment. It is for these reasons that:
Violations or noncompliance with any of the above rules and regulations results in immediate initiation of eviction action.
